Clients receive full rights to the final deliverables
We may retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio
Design Solution shall not be liable for:

Data loss, downtime, or errors due to third-party tools/platforms
Any breach caused by client negligence or misinformation
We reserve the right to terminate any contract or user access if:
There is a breach of these terms
Payment is delayed beyond agreed terms

Termination will be communicated in writing, with any obligations or liabilities outlined.
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and will not share it with third parties unless required by law or with written consent.
